Your Journey With Us
A simple guide to how our women’s health programmes work:
Step 1: Discover & explore
What you do:
· Explore our programmes
· Choose a class, course, or programme that feels right for you
Step 2: Complete your intake form
After the form is completed, we will contact you to book your selected programme or course.
Every woman’s body and experience is different — this step helps us tailor your care relative to your goals and current life stage.
Step 3: Personal Review (If Needed)
Some women benefit from a 1:1 Women’s Health Physiotherapy assessment before joining classes.
This may be recommended if you:
· Are early postpartum
· Have pelvic floor symptoms or pain
· Have pregnancy complications
· Are returning to exercise after injury
Step 4: Join your programme
You may take part in:
· A Signature Programme (education + Pilates)
· Stand-alone Pilates classes
· Education courses (in-person or online)
All programmes are small, supportive, and led by women’s health professionals.
